The combi-steamer which is operated through controlling panel fulfils all cooking programs, such as baking, broiling, cooking and steaming, to make many kinds of dishes. A core probe monitors the center temperature of the food to make sure the color, smell and taste are best. It is also furnished with manual steaming function.
